PRIZES:  1,179 prizes (individually referred to as a "Prize" and collectively as " Prizes") available to be won during the Contest Period and are as follows:

1. GRAND PRIZE:
   There are three (3) grand prizes (each a "Grand Prize") available to be won, each consisting of a $2,000.00 (CDN) Visa gift card (the " Grand Prize Gift Card"). Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person.

1. DAILY GIFT CARD PRIZE:
   There are fifty six (56) daily gift card prizes (each a "Daily Gift Prize"), one (1) per Daily Contest Period, available to be won, each consisting of a $250.00 Visa gift card (the "Daily Prize Gift Card"). Limit of one (1) Daily Free Gift Card Prize per person per Daily Contest Period.

DAILY FREE PRODUCT PRIZE:

There are a total of one thousand one hundred and twenty (1,120) daily free product prizes (each a "Daily Free Product Prize"), twenty (20) per Daily Contest Period, available to be won. Each Daily Free Product Prize consists of one (1) coupon for one (1) free bag of any flavor of Old Dutch Restaurante chips (the "Coupon"). The Coupon will be valid from April 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. The approximate retail value of each coupon is $4.59. The Coupon has no cash surrender value. Limit of one (1) Daily Free Product Prize per person per Daily Contest Period.
